1. Service
Cuorio (hereinafter “Cuorio”) provides independent Italian hoteliers with two integrated services: the creation and maintenance of a hotel website optimized for direct bookings, and the management of Google advertising campaigns on the hotel’s name. The services are detailed at www.cuorio.it/#product and www.cuorio.it/#pricing. Cuorio is in the process of being incorporated as an Italian company; the full company name and VAT number (P.IVA) will be updated on the /privacy page once the procedure is complete.
2. Price and payment terms
The fee is €499 per month, excluding VAT. Payment is made monthly in advance by SEPA bank transfer or Stripe. The advertising budget for Google Ads campaigns (media spend) is borne by the customer and paid directly to Google: it does not pass through Cuorio and is not included in the fee.
3. Term and withdrawal
The contract is open-ended with monthly billing. Either party may withdraw with 30 days’ notice by simple email to team@cuorio.it. In case of withdrawal, the customer retains ownership of the website content (photos, copy, contact list) and may export it.
4. Intellectual property
Content provided by the customer (photos, descriptions, property data) remains the property of the customer. The website template and source code remain the property of Cuorio; the customer is granted a license to use them for the duration of the contract. Upon termination of the contract, the customer may request an export of the content in a standard format.
5. Limitation of liability
Cuorio does not guarantee specific results in terms of direct bookings, Google rankings, or economic performance: such results depend on multiple external factors (local competition, quality of the property, seasonality). Cuorio undertakes to provide the service in accordance with professional industry standards.
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
